ADMISSION COUNSELOR
Southeastern University is seeking applications for the position of Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor reports to the Director of Admission for those areas relating to the recruiting, processing, and evaluation of applicants for admission. Seasonal recruitment travel is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
(other duties may be assigned) - Select and maintain a list of top prospects and provide consistent follow-up via phone, written and personal contact.
- Attend college fairs/evening programs, conduct high school visits, church visits, attend youth conventions and participate in other recruitment activities as directed and able.
- Plan and implement out-of-state recruitment travel as assigned.
- Conduct on and off-campus information sessions, tours and interviews.
- Interact with students, parents, guidance counselors and pastors as they phone regarding general information, procedure, credentials, status of applications, etc.
- Assist with supervision of student office workers and student phoners as needed.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of the visit events.
- Establish and cultivate positive relationships with church and ministry leaders within the Assemblies of God and other evangelical Christian churches and ministries through visits and correspondence.
- Assist in the development of publications as assigned by the director.
- Provide consistent feedback to the Director of Admission on the admission process, suggesting ways to improve future efforts.
- Review and process prospective student applications for the purpose of enrollment from assigned state and local regions.

ASSOCIATE ATHLETIC TRAINER
POSITION SUMMARY
The selected applicant will be expected to coordinate daily management of the football team. He/she will be responsible for the supervision and direction of one full-time Assistant Athletic Trainer, and will report directly to the Head Athletic Trainer. Responsibilities including rehab, treatment, assessment, injury prevention, and game coverage will be shared between the two full-time ATC's assigned to football. Travel to all football games will be required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Housing Coordinator serves as an integral member of the Residence Life team. The Housing Coordinator implements the Residence Life Mission through the oversight of the living environment for on-campus residence. Reporting directly to the Director of Residence Life, the management of housing includes room inspections, housing-chart updates and posting, and sign-ups for housing in the fall and spring semesters.

NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
CLASSIFICATION: FULL-TIME STAFF

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain and manage network equipment from the core to edge
- Deploy new equipment such as wireless access points, switches and wiring
- Provide secure access to university resources by developing policies for VPN, VLAN segmentation and firewalls
- Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, QoS and performance tuning
- Design and maintain physical diagrams of campus network systems

Retention Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
The Retention Coordinator works to retain SEU students by identifying the reasons for desired withdrawal as well as collaborating with the appropriate department to maintain the student's attendance. This position is required to meet with students, families, and other university departments to solve student issues and create a financial plan when needed. The Retention Coordinator will seek to maintain the efficiency of the retention plan as well as identify strategies for bettering the system to serve our students.
Position reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and serves on multiple committees in conjunction with the university retention plan.

The Sports Information Director assists in the maintaining of a professional sports information department at the direction of the Director of Athletics for the thirteen Southeastern varsity sports.
