The winner of the drawing will be notified by a representative of the SEU Office of Admission by May 1, 2025.
One winner will be drawn at random by May 1, 2025.
Winning the scholarship does not guarantee admission; receiving the prize is contingent upon enrollment at SEU. Student must enroll by the 2026-27 academic year.
Any student who is currently a high school junior or senior may enter and use the scholarship upon enrolling as a full-time, undergraduate student (minimum 12 credit hours per semester) at SEU. This includes enrollment at the main SEU campus, at an SEU partner site, or online.
To qualify for this drawing, on the first page of the application, under General Information, the student must choose Undergraduate.
Scholarship has no cash value and is non-transferrable.
To maintain this scholarship, the winner must enroll as a full-time student (minimum 12 credit hours) and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA each semester.
This scholarship is renewable for up to 8 consecutive semesters (fall and spring)
All state and institutional scholarship and grant funds will be applied toward tuition first, with the Winter Jam Scholarship covering any remaining gap in tuition costs that are not already covered by state or institutional scholarships and grants. Federal grant funding (if eligible) may still be applied toward fees, housing, and meals if applicable. The Winter Jam Scholarship, when combined with all sources of scholarship and grant aid, is not eligible to create a refund/credit balance.
The prize will be applied toward the cost of tuition only. Student fees, class fees, room, meal plans, books, and all other non-tuition expenses are not included.
The winner of this prize is expected to remain a student in good standing at SEU; abiding by all university rules for proper conduct and academic integrity.
