Event Services Rental Planning Questionnaire

Portico Coffeehouse: Standard business hours are M-F, 9am-2pm. Extended hours are available with a minimum guarantee of $60 coffee sales per hour. If minimum is not met through purchases, the client pays the difference between purchases and guaranteed amount.
Tuscana Ristorante: Charges for meals are based upon the greater of the guaranteed number or the actual number of guests per meal. To avoid being charged twice for the same guest, guests are allowed entry into Tuscana Ristorante once per meal.
