Housing Policies
Southeastern University has a 4 year residency requirement. We recognize that a student should be considered for exemption under specific circumstances. Approved reasons for consideration for an exemption from the residency requirement are:
To live with your legal guardian(s) in their primary residence (Students must physically live with their relative, not in a house owned or leased by them, and documentation will be required.)
In the event of max capacity for on-campus housing, Student Development will work to provide exemptions to those deemed necessary.
