Bio

Ms. McGee serves as the professor of the Link specific courses for the Link Program serving students with mild intellectual disabilities. She took on this role in the fall of 2020 after teaching 6 years in a special classroom for middle schoolers with mild special needs at St. Paul Lutheran School. Prior to St. Paul, she worked as a behavior therapist at clinic and home based therapy. Her experiences have included severe behaviors, early intervention, behavioral skills training, social skills training, functional communication training, verbal behavior training, instructional design, and parent and staff training.

After earning her Master's Degree, Ms. McGee discovered applied behavior analysis and took on the new endeavor to earn the certification. She felt the Lord led her to serve students with disabilities in the Christian setting. For the students in the Link Program, she can combine her education and expertise teaching and the psychology of behavior analysis to equip them to lead socially significant independent lives functioning in society.

She enjoys an active lifestyle in Florida's year round warmth, either biking, kayaking, hiking, adventuring around the city, or traveling to new cities and mountains. Her passion is performing aerial circus arts and practicing often.
