Sierra Yoder, an SEU alumna, was recently recognized as an A+ Teacher by Spectrum News 13 in Orlando. Sierra teaches choir and piano at Corner Lake Middle School of Orlando, where her passion for music and teaching shines daily.
Growing up singing hymns with her family, Sierra developed a deep love for music early on. She carried that passion into her higher education by earning her degree in music education at SEU. Today, she has created a space in the classroom to help students discover not just music skills, but the joy and connection that music can bring.
With her heart for students and her dedication to the arts, Yoder is a shining example of how SEU alumni are impacting lives and communities across the country as they step into the calling God has placed on their lives.
