Justin Lathrop is a connector at heart, building bridges between people, churches, and ideas that make the world better. With over two decades in local church ministry, Justin has launched innovative platforms that strengthen leaders and help ministries thrive. He founded Helpstaff.me (now part of Vanderbloemen Search Group), YoungPastors.com and co-founded, Oaks School of Leadership (now Oaks College)—each born from a desire to empower the next generation of pastors and Christian leaders.
Before joining Southeastern University, Justin served as Director of Strategic Relations for the General Council of the Assemblies of God, where he cultivated partnerships that helped shaped the future of ministry leadership. His influence also extends through his work with Leadership Network, Convoy of Hope, and OneHope and Catalyst Conference.
Justin is the author of The Likeable Christian, a book that calls believers to embody conviction with compassion in an age of cultural division.
