Book Your Event

To secure your event rental, please complete the following steps.

Submit the Rental Planning Questionnaire form to give us all the details about your event so that we can plan for your arrival to campus.

These documents, which are submitted along with your event contract, are provided here for your reference.

Summer Camp Dining Pricing
Reference this document for the pricing details from our campus dining services provider, Chartwells.

Final Numbers Confirmation
For camps utilizing residence halls for overnight accommodations, please submit the Final Numbers Confirmation form a minimum of 5 business days prior to your event.

Swim Permission
If minor children will be utilizing our Aquatic Center during their time on campus, each child must bring a signed Minor Child Swim Permission Form before entering the pool area.
