Andrew Kelley

Andrew Kelley serves as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Southeastern University, where he leads the Business Office and oversees the university’s financial operations, budgeting, and long-term fiscal strategy. In this role, he partners with the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees’ Finance Committee to safeguard SEU’s fiscal health and support sustainable institutional growth.

A member of the university community for the past decade, Andrew has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility — serving as Director of Student Financial Services and then Director of Finance before being named Chief Financial Officer in 2026. As Director of Finance, he developed the SEU Reality Model, a financial decision-making framework that has equipped university leadership to make critical decisions and move SEU into a strong financial and strategic position. He has also been instrumental in shaping the financial model behind SEU’s network of over 170 ministry partnership sites, enabling both the university and its partner churches to grow financially, strategically, and in alignment with one another.

Before joining SEU, Andrew served as Discipleship Coordinator with Idols Aside Ministries. He holds an Executive MBA from SEU and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Florida. He is passionate about stewarding the university’s resources in service of its Christ-centered mission to equip students to discover and develop their divine design.
