Master's in ESE, Southeastern University
My name is Caleb Wilson, and I am 28 years old. I currently live in Lakeland, Florida, but I grew up in South Florida. I am the youngest of four boys, which has made family an important part of my life. I was homeschooled throughout my childhood and continued my education in college. My educational background has given me a unique perspective on learning and the importance of creating an environment where students feel supported and encouraged to succeed.
I have been working in education for five years, including three years as a paraprofessional and two years as a classroom teacher. During this time, I have developed a passion for helping students learn, grow, and reach their full potential. I enjoy building relationships with students and finding ways to make learning meaningful, engaging, and enjoyable.
Outside of education, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially hiking when the weather is cooler. I also enjoy staying active through sports. Growing up, I played both basketball and baseball, and I still enjoy sports and other physical activities. When I am looking for something more relaxing, I enjoy watching movies, building LEGO sets, and playing board games. I especially enjoy the creativity, problem-solving, and friendly competition that come with these hobbies.
Overall, I enjoy staying active, spending time with others, and trying new things. Whether I am working with students, exploring the outdoors, or enjoying a game with friends and family, I value opportunities to learn, grow, and build meaningful connections with the people around me.
