Dr. Dana Carson is a scholar-practitioner with extensive experience in theology, organizational leadership, psychology, and executive management. He has served for decades as an educator, author, consultant, and senior leader across nonprofit, faith-based, and for-profit organizations. His academic training spans business administration, counseling, divinity, organizational leadership, psychology, and economic development, providing him with a multidisciplinary foundation for both teaching and applied leadership.
Dr. Carson is the founder and chief executive of multiple national and international organizations, including churches, educational institutions, leadership development initiatives, and community-based nonprofits. His work has included strategic planning, organizational development, leadership coaching, and economic empowerment efforts in the United States, Africa, Europe, and South America. He has overseen large-scale budgets, managed multi-site operations, and developed sustainable organizational systems across diverse cultural contexts.
In addition to his administrative leadership, Dr. Carson is a prolific author, having written over 260 books and scholarly works focused on Kingdom theology, leadership, organizational transformation, and cultural engagement. His teaching and ministry have reached global audiences through conferences, academic settings, broadcast media, and digital platforms. Dr. Carson is also a recipient of the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to leadership, service, and community development.
