Bio

Dr. Elizabeth O'Donnell is an educator and life long learner and currently serves as Assistant Principal of Pathways School of Excellence. She joined Pathways in 2019 as a paraprofessional until summer of 2020 when she began teaching at Pathways. During her time as a teacher, she enjoyed teaching students academics in the classroom, helping them thrive in dual-enrollment courses, and teaching life skills to prepare them for their future. She taught for five years before becoming Assistant Principal. She completed her Doctorate in Educational Leadership in Spring of 2025. Her thesis focused on promoting vocational education for special needs students ages 18-22. Dr. Elizabeth O'Donnell has a passion for supporting special needs students and helping them succeed academically, spiritually, and personally. She has a heart for Pathways.

In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, watching movies, reading, learning new things, and she hopes to visit every National Park in America.
