Dr. Emile H. Hawkins, Sr., is a Full - Professor of Leadership the School of Business at Southeastern University. He is a member of the Florida Air National Guard where he serves as the Senior Air Chaplain at the rank of Colonel (0-6). He has been a part of the Air National Guard since 2001 and previously served his country in the U.S. Marine Reserves for six years, 1980 – 1986. He is a sworn member of the Florida Highway Patrol Auxiliary where he is both Tampa’s Auxiliary Troop Major and Chaplain.
Dr. Hawkins and his lovely wife, Lisa have been married since 1982 and are the parents of two sons, Emile Jr., married to (Nathalie), they live in Jacksonville and Emmanuel, married to (Nicole) who lives in Lakeland. To their great joy, Dr. and Mrs. Hawkins are proud grandparents of Emyssa, Elise, Lydia, Arya, and Dev.
Dr. Hawkins pastored a church in Tulsa, Oklahoma for 14 years. Dr. Hawkins plays a song writer, plays both the drums and bass. He has produced several music albums/cds, co-authored several books, speaks in various venues, and is a strategic leadership consultant. Dr. Hawkins simply loves God and loves people!
