Objective: Design an email using content, links and images. Emails are designed using HTML in order to preserve the interactive nature of the Web links included in most emails.

Timeline: Emails generally take four weeks for completion and will not be sent out until final approval is received from the appropriate party, which could delay the timeline. Also, an email list must be provided in order for the email to be sent out.

Note: Requests should only be submitted once all information and materials are ready for the marketing office. Failure to provide complete information will prevent or delay your project's completion.
