SEU and SEU Worship will be at Winter Jam 2024!

Since 2012, SEU Worship has told the stories of our community’s love for Jesus. Now, we’re taking those stories on the road to a city near you.

For the first time ever, SEU Worship is part of the PreJam Lineup at Winter Jam, and Southeastern University is the Official University Partner! Since 1995, Winter Jam has been the nation’s largest annual Christian music tour, and SEU is honored to be the first organization in the tour’s history to be both a performing artist and educational partner.

In addition to seeing us on stage, event attendees will also get to meet members of SEU Worship and the SEU enrollment team at our booth, buy SEU Worship merch, and celebrate the impact SEU is making for the Kingdom. High school students interested in applying to SEU will also have the opportunity to apply for free and enter a scholarship drawing.

About SEU Worship

Inspired by the faith journeys of students, alumni, faculty, and staff, SEU Worship has produced a total of 11 full albums. Originally released as CDs, the distribution of SEU Worship’s music has grown exponentially since the advent of streaming music. The group can now be heard on all digital streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music. The single Deep Dive, featured on the album Heart Cry, has reached an impressive 2 million streams on Spotify since its release.

Their most recent song, Monday Morning Faith, has reached a total of 10 million streams on Spotify across all versions since its release. Monday Morning Faith was written during a student retreat for song writing. The song was born of a discussion among the students of their yearning to discover what it means to grow in their own faith beyond what they were taught growing up. The desire of the song is a call to the church to come alive and offer praise and devotion to the Lord all the days of our lives.

Since 2020, SEU Worship has been represented by Sony Music’s Provident Label Group, whose artist roster includes such notable names as Casting Crowns, Matthew West, Brandon Lake, CAIN, Amanda Cook, and legacy artists like Jars of Clay and Michael W. Smith.

Students who are members of SEU Worship learn aspects of leading worship, songwriting, and collaboration, which they can apply to their future careers. In fact, Grammy-winning artists Tiffany Hudson (Elevation Worship) and Sam Simon (Maverick City Music) are SEU Worship alumni! Both artists continue to collaborate with SEU Worship on current projects, inspiring our students and offering their industry expertise.
