Are You Fire Ready?

Fire Ready is the official clearance process at SEU. Remember, you must be Fire Ready to get a check-in appointment.

After arriving on campus, head to the Welcome Center to finish the Fire Ready steps that you haven’t yet completed. Remember, you can check your Fire Ready status at any time by logging in to MyPortal (JICS). Refer to the list below for the locations of the departments you need.

Register for your classes/Meet with your advisor — Addison 1st Floor
Obtain Financial Clearance — Addison 2nd Floor
Submit your official transcripts — Welcome Center, Admission Suite
Health Services — Welcome Center Lobby (Be sure to submit your health forms via MyPortal (JICS)). Get details here.

Sign up for your Fire Card and Meal Plan — Pansler, U109
Vehicle Registration — Southpointe, F2 (Please bring your driver’s license, car registration, and proof of insurance.)
Sign Up for Emergency Text Messages — Visit SEU.edu/safety for instructions.
Get your mailbox assignment — Pansler, First Floor: Campus Mailroom
