It takes just the right college environment to not only earn a degree, but to be surrounded with people who will demonstrate faith in action and come alongside you as you discover the biblical “whys” of what you believe. As you delve deeper into this knowledge, you’ll also find opportunities to serve others and discover the many ways you can be a disciple of Jesus in everything you do.
Your walk with God is a lifelong journey, and it’s the most important component of your story. Taking the step from taught faith to owned faith is truly a turning point—helping you become more confident in who God created you to be.
Everyone has a God-given calling to fulfill. This means more than just finding a job after graduation. Long-term success and a full spiritual life is built on careful discernment of your calling, or God’s purpose for you. We believe that the more you give to the world, the richer the world will be because of you.
There are so many ways to grow in your faith at SEU…here are just a few examples!
Chapels at SEU will fill your heart and strengthen your faith. Multiple services and options are available every week, and they are all full of messages you’ll thrive on. These chapels aren’t just part of your weekly checklist — they’re events you’ll really look forward to.
We have a heart for making Jesus known — not only on our campus, but everywhere. That’s why for three inspiring days each spring semester, we give an incredible gift to our community — SEU Conference. #SEUCONF
Our annual missions conference kicks off mission trip planning for each new school year. This multi-day event includes stories from around the globe, plus exemplary Christian speakers who will inspire and empower you to make a difference through serving others.
Led by faculty and staff, these small groups give you the opportunity to meet regularly throughout each semester for mentorship, Bible study, and prayer.
We welcome the best possible speakers in our chapels, and at SEU Conference — from our campus pastors to our president to SEU faculty. We also invite nationally-renowned pastors and speakers who have served faithfully in ministry — and offer messages that are relevant and inspiring.
Hundreds of students, faculty, and staff travel the globe each year through SEU Missions. Each student-led mission trip has a specific purpose with one overall goal — to spread the Good News to the ends of the earth. Each mission trip is carefully planned, evaluated, and carried through with the intention of providing lasting help to the people who are served.
Our student worship team, SEU Worship, not only leads worship in chapels on campus — they write, compose, perform, and record new songs every year. Join the millions streaming — available on all digital platforms.
